Covid-19: prevention measures

The Beauty is open from May 19th, so you can safely get treatments again. Unfortunately, our private sauna is still closed due to the government’s COVID-19 prevention guidelines.

Your health and that of our employees are our top priority. That is why the following mandatory safety measures have been taken for all visitors to our private sauna and beauty:

– Keep 1.5 meters distance between customers.
– On arrival or departure there is no contact between visitors of A Beauty Well.
– Disinfectant hand gel is provided at the entrance, reception and in all cabins.
– Wearing a face mask is mandatory from the entrance and also during treatment.
– The work areas, working tools and equipment that comes into contact with the customer are cleaned after each treatment.
– As always, the sauna units are cleaned and disinfected after each session.
– Mandatory use of the towels on the seats and in the sauna and infrared cabin.
– Respect the reserved hours / blocks (leave the sauna unit promptly at the scheduled hour; this gives us the opportunity to prepare the unit for the next guests).
– The used linen is washed at 60°C.
– Our employees are extremely hygiene conscious: they regularly wash and disinfect their hands and wear masks.
– Obligatory reservation in advance via telephone, email or online reservation module.
– Reservations for a private unit allowed to a maximum of 10 people.
– In case of showing symptom of being un-well absolutely no treatment or sauna visit.
– Come at the reserved hour. If you are early for your appointment, wait at the parking.
– Preferably pay by bank card.
